First of all if your not going to hold a reservation till at least 10pm then why even offer reserve now, pay later. I got there around 7:29pm to find out I was suppose to be there by 6pm to pay and not loose my reservation. These people did not care if you were out of luck and having to scramble for a place to sleep late at night. They didnt try to find an alternative. Never had that experience...

Nunca fueron a hacer la limpieza, al abandonar la propiedad una de las trabajadoras quebró el control remoto y nos dijo que nosotros ya lo teníamos en malas condiciones, cosa que no fue así porque nunca lo usamos, afortunadamente no nos lo cobraron. Las personas que trabajan ahí son muy despotas y además tenían a todas las personas esperando afuera sentadas en el piso hasta que dieran las 3 para poder entregar las habitaciones, cuando las mismas ya estaban listas desde antes.

El hotel nada que ver con lo que publica, reserve por 3 noches y así como llegue me fui, desde que pisas la entrada de ese hotel se siente una sensación muy fea, mucho indigente, demasiadas chicas de la vida galante y hombres en la entrada.... No lo pensé dos veces en irme a hospedar a otro hotel.

Todo bien, solo la entrada en la parte de la calle le deberian de dar lavadas ya q es muy mal aspecto cuando uno llega porq puedes pensar q todo estara asi y no es cierto. Y algun atomatizante. Por parte del desayuno deberian de agregar otro guiso.

El personal es grosero y prepotente, con cero idea de la hospitalidad. El de recepción de la noche me quiso gritar y corregir cuando él no entendía, un patán. La zona es como quedarse en Silent Hill, la cama terrible, el colchón tan delgado que te clavas las tablas, sin muebles, la regadera desperdicia agua y se escucha todo de las otras habitaciones. Pésimo lugar, necesitaba 2 días de alojamiento y preferí salirme de ahí a buscar otro.

El exterior del hotel muy descuidado, ignoro si siempre está así pero las 2 noches que dormí en este hotel, afuera del mismo durmieron alrededor de 10 indigentes. También me sorprendió que el hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento y tuve que dejarlo en la calle con el riesgo que eso implica.
