Staff if phenomenal, esp the front desk and concierge. Extra shout out to Raul. He went extra mile for me. Location is great. Easy to get anywhere from hotel location. I just wish that the bed was more comfortable. An update on the beds and this place would be incredible.

Cuarto 1009 con excelente vista panorámica de la ciudad. Cuarto ubicado en la esquina del edificio lo cual permite tener 2 lados del cuarto con ventanas con vista hacia el exterior. Camas y almohadas cómodas , buen tamaño de TV, ducha y sanitario en cuartos separados 👍, muy limpio y sin ruidos.

The service was excellent. The acoustic room was incredible since it was pouring outside and I could sleep without problem. The room was clean, too. What I didn't like was the lighting, it was very dim.
