This apartment is located in a brand new building, perfect location for business men – with efficient routes to get around for work or recreational activities. This space has all the amenities for a reduce group of persons (up to 4) whether its work or tourist visit. Security in the facilities is a top priority. The building features incredible common areas such as business hub, visitors lounge, fully equipped gym, sports bar, base ball simulator, arcade games, BBQ areas (5) and great scenic views from the city of Monterrey – either from the apartment or the top floor where most of the amenities are located.
