"Room was spacious and recently renovated. Great location and very close to Frascati. Lots of parking space. It would have been great if the room had a coffee maker. Lots of dust at gravel parking area. In general a good place to stay but can be improved."

"Tenuta Cusmano was a highlight in our 11 day trip to Italy. It's an easy drive from the Rome Ciampino airport. Grottaferrata is a charming town, just a few short minutes from Tenuta Cusmano. We took a taxi to the neighboring town of Frascati everyday to catch the train into metropolitan Rome. The train was easy to navigate, and allowed us to leave our car at Tenuta Cusmano every day, so as to avoid the ZTLs. We stayed three nights. "If ever there was a hidden gem, this is certainly it. Tucked away in the Italian countryside about an hour NE or Rome, we found this inn to be just about perfect. The innkeeper understands her role as a "way of life," not a "job," and it shows. From this beautiful Villa, we were able to drive to similar nearby villages and enjoy our first tastes of quiet, peaceful Italian ways of life. Do yourself a favor -- book it. Now!"

"This hotel newly opened late December 2024 so has yet to have a full year in the hospitality but do not let that put you off. The staff are really friendly and help in any way they can. The location is in the suburbs of Rome and not in walking distance of the main tourist attractions but these are only a short bus ride away. The location allows for some peace away from the bustling city of Rome with some beautiful views. Our room was amazing, clean with good facilities including a coffee machine! I am sure as this hotel is oniy in its infancy within hospitality provision so likely to get even better. I woukd definitely stay here again if lucky enough to visit the beautiful city of Rome."
