"We loved our very private three bedroom + three bath, two story apartment in this historic castle. It is spacious, beautifully furnished. And it has its own tower. The patio with arbor and view was a great place to dine. Staying here was a highlight of our trip. A good base from which to make day trips (Siena, Florence, Montepulciano). "We had a lovely stay and the hosts were warm, accommodating and responsive. The location is incredible -- extensive views from both sides of the property; the hilltop village setting is out of a postcard with lovely little streets and nooks to explore; and the local shops, market days, restaurants provide everything needed locally. The property is adequate, a little rustic, but well suited to time outdoors by the lovely pool and as a springboard for day trips throughout amazing Tuscany....
