"Peacefyl and tranquil"

"We loved the location and the privacy…if the cabin would have had some newer furniture(couches and chairs are worn out)and some furnishings such as Kleenex, maybe some shampoos or soap etc . Just some convenience items you don’t necessarily have with you when traveling would’ve made it 5 star. Also having to remove bedding,start the washing machine and take out trash is just part of the cleaning fee we pay for in my opinion…happy to do it but just not the norm in other rentals we have stayed...

"The cabin was perfect for our quiet Valentines weekend getaway. The kitchen was stocked for our needs. The king bed was firm yet comfortable. We definitely would return again. "

"This cabin was so beautiful!! The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need! The view was amazing!! We loved just hanging on the spacious wrap-around porch. The pictures did not do this place justice! There were 8 of us, so it was nice to have the large kitchen table to play cards! Communication with the owners was great too. We would definitely rent this place again! 5 "

"We enjoyed our stay at the cabin and had a relax and fun time. Hiking the property was great. Lots to do in the area. Cabin was beautiful and rustic with plenty of room for everyone. Host was super nice and easy to communicate with. Nashville was within driving distance and so was Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Lots of waterfalls and hiking nearby. "

"Stayed at this lovely home over the Christmas Holiday. It was nice to have a place for friends and family to celebrate that was roomy and well decorated. They even decorated for Christmas!!"

"Enjoyed staying in the historic cottage. We even saw a picture of the same cottage in the Cumberland mountain state park museum!! We thought that was really neat!"

"We booked this property after our Christmas plans changed suddenly and we had to travel The lake was beautiful and since it’s the middle of winter, we had the whole place to ourselves. The cabin was cozy but big enough to cook and serve Christmas dinner to our family. We would love to visit again when the weather is warmer and we can take advantage of all the lake has to offer. "

"Very cute. Very clean. Great location for us as we went to Nashville, Gatlinburg, Knoxville, and a couple of the national parks. Check in and out was easy. And that was good because it was my 1st Vrbo experience. Having the washer and dryer was nice and now i dont have all of it to do when i get home. Grill was nice too. We did have a herd of deer run thru the backyardthrubyard"

"Overall the place is nice however I did have a few gripes about this listing. Off top it is not a huge issue but I feel should be disclosed that this property once booked requires you go through a secondary site which then requires a deposit for possible “damages” although I get the cause I feel this is not transparent in the booking process through VRBO and should be made known prior to booking.The place is spacious, clean, well stocked with what’s needed and beautiful natural light throughout...

"Beautiful, comfortable home! We were in town from Chicago to celebrate my mom & brother's birthday. Location was great for us as my parent’s home is 10min down the road. The home is well stocked, very clean and owner communication was fantastic. I will stay in this house or their Love Shack home on the same property the next time I’ll be in town. "

"Held a pre-Christmas weekend gathering together in order to "max out" the quality time with all of the adults and adult children. We found this place to be well-suited for our group. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well-equipped and the living spaces were perfect for family visits, game times and meals! Will stay again when in the area! "
