"Nice and friendly staff. Clean room and premises. Very practical and easy to access by car and to park near the main entrance. Perfect place for a stay over when on a road trip. However, the restaurant is closed on weekends and there’s nothing available to eat unless you take your car again to go someplace or you order fast food. "

But above all the staff make you feel like you are home - the manager Clara is exceptionally gifted at making you feel welcome. I travel frequently and I have to say, the customer service at this property is five star across the board. I highly recommend this property."

"It’s only 3-minute walk to the palace and close to restaurants and supermarket and fruit store. The only concern is the ventilation of the room and I saw mold buildups on the tiles of the shower room. The staff immediately cleaned it after I bring out this problem."

"Reception closed with poor signage to the nearby Campanile reception. Lack of sleep due to neighbouring rooms partying all night. Man those mattresses need some oiling after all that squeaking. Definitely not sound proofed rooms"
