"We took our son to Italy for graduation gift -the farm was a last minute stop-of btw Florence and Coritina Dempazzo. We also went to Venice and Cinque terre. I asked him what was favorite part of whole trip he said, “the farm”! Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff. The food prepared on the grounds was delicious! It’s rustic for sure. No luxury! But if you want an authentic Italian experience this is it. It was like staying with friends. So relaxing. "

"This place is amazing, it's charming. Lots of food options, great room, very comfortable. You can walk through the winery, there are horses and deer and an adorable dog that will follow you around. What a great place!!"

"Absolutely the worst experience we ever had. No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise. Room cards were on the counter with names and card numbers but no staff again. No lights in rooms or activity and overall a odd location. "This is a beautiful hotel/farm just outside of the cute little village of San Danielle. The views of the countryside, the towns and the mountains is inspiring. The room was ultra comfortable and well-equipped. Our host Rosa made us feel very welcomed and cared for. The breakfast was great (local products); too bad we missed the restaurant!! We will be back."

"Herrlicher Zwischenstopp bei unserer Rückreise von Nizza nach Wien. 15min von der Autobahn entfernt - herrliche Gegend - Vinothek mit Snackmöglichkeit im Haus - herrliches Swimmingpool - mitten in den Weingärten gelegen. Jederzeit wieder - auch für längere Aufenthalte- super Frühstück! "

"What a lovely place to stay, easy to find, lots of parking available. Check-in was easy & the receptionist really helpful, explaining everything. Nice touch of complimentary mini-bar. Breakfast was excellent with fresh cooked eggs, everything was delicious Hope to return again later this year "

"This property fulfilled our expectations. Plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen for cooking, a large swimming pool, and a table tennis table. Walking distance to shops, and restaurants, and many woodland walks in the local area. The barbecue was unusual, and the remote keys for the gate a little unreliable. But overall a great place for a family holiday."

"This was a stunning property in a stunning area of real, non-touristy Italy. The villa was furnished in a traditional rustic style and was comfortable and well equipped. The outside . area was particularly inviting with lots of space to eat and a pool to die for. My 4 grandchildren, aged between 2 and 6, had to be dragged away from it! The countryside Is beautiful with the backdrop of the Dolomites and Venice was an easy train ride away from Conegliano station which has free parking. We visited...
