This spacious house in Monterchi combines the authentic character of a stone house with modern amenities. Exposed half-timbering and lovingly designed rooms create a unique living experience, which is rounded off by fantastic bedrooms. Outside, a spacious garden with flowers, cosy terraces and a swimming pool invites you to linger. For a fee, you can also use the hot tub and enjoy the marvellous view of the Tuscan countryside - the perfect place to relax body and soul.

The small town of Monterchi is idyllically situated in the hills of Tuscany and offers you an unrivalled atmosphere. Visit the famous fresco Madonna del Parto by Piero della Francesca or stroll through the charming streets of the town. The surrounding hills invite you to go hiking and cycling, while towns such as Arezzo and Cortona entice you with their art, culture and Italian flair. Monterchi is a place where nature, history and pleasure come together - ideal for an unforgettable holiday.
