"Liked the convenience and location. Room nicely cleaned and serviced. Staff excellent, especially Luigi at Reception who helped us. Breakfast was acceptable but we really appreciated the provision of yoghurt and boiled eggs. No laundry in the neighborhood other than the super expensive hotel service."

"It was a lovely experience staying at this hotel. All the staff we encountered are so helpful and professional and what's more, it's prompt service with a smile. The room has all the functional amenities and is spotlessly clean. It was nice that we could have our own temperature control with the AC. The breakfast room was tastefully decorated. It was so nice to have a cup of tea from a china teacup. Very good continental breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

The breakfast area was spectacular, offering fresh, delicious options each morning. And surprisingly, the American coffee was the best we had during our entire trip through Italy! "Firstly I’ll give the positives: The rooms clean and the bed comfortable. Locations good. Not so positives: Entry; I wasn’t sure how we were to gain entry as I’d received a message a couple of days before re getting there before 7pm. I replied to it but got no response. We’d planned walking from the station but had to get a taxi. It cost 20€! (5 mins) Not because it’s far but because we had to get there by 7pm. Arrive to locked door, no instructions. A neighbour told me to call so I did. They opened the door electronically, but we did panic for a few minutes. As the door opened we see stairs…thankfully we travel light because we wouldn’t have been able to drag our cases up to the 2nd floor. The stairs are very deep too. We’d booked a superior room. Nothing really wrong with the room except the word superior…it’s not. Door handle fell off which was fixed the next day, curtains coming off the rail, the bedside boxes weren’t by the bed, and they’re pretty heavy. "

"The Best Western in Massafra is a beautiful facility as it has only been open for a few months and everything is well cared for and gorgeous. I spent several hours working in the lobby area and found a nice little place to call home to get some serious work done.It also helped that there was a cappuccino bar with yummy pastries, and in the evening a bar for your first drink. The staff are amazing, courteous, and kind, and very attentive to your needs. From the moment you set foot into the hotel to the time you leave you feel as though you’re at home.. "

"We had a wonderful seven weeks at Ceglie Messipca. There are grocery stores, bakeries, cheese boutiques, butchers, pharmacies, markets, and numerous restaurants in the town. The cottage is also close to all neighbouring towns. It is easy to get around Puglia from this location. We loved the proximity to everything. At the same time, we loved the seclusion and privacy at the cottage. Rocco was very helpful. He immediately answered any questions we had. He also left a few groceries to get us started. We really appreciate this. The olive groves are specacularly beautiful. The pool was spotless and well used on hot, sunny days. On the cooler days, however, it would have been nice to have a heater. A big thank you to Rocco and his uncle. We had a fabulous time and hope to return. "

"From the moment we walked in the door Alessandro and staff made us feel wonderfully welcome. Romano was there with a welcome drink, Federica with a hand massage…fantastico. The property was absolutely stunning and well maintained. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite and the daily breakfast was rich with both international hot options and local classics-served in a beautiful dining room leading out to the gardens-by a friendly and efficient staff member. We didn’t get her name unfortunately. The two front desk staff were also very helpful. The pictures and description of this Villa do not do the place justice. Highly recommended."
