"Vincent, Anna his mother were so nice. They did have a washer but no dryer. Breakfast was great. Coffee and tea was available 24 hrs. The vies were incredible a bit of of a challenge to locate because it is next to the main residence. Loved the space very clean safe and handicappable access no issues. We did ask for fresh towels but with the language they did not arrive "

"It is a great place in the middle of the countryside in a real vineyard with very nice wine and a public beach with restaurants (10-15 minute drive) . No food except a wonderful breakfast in the AM, so come prepared or eat near the beach area. It's a rocky beach so bring proper water shoes... the only downside is that Agriturismo De Luca is a bit difficult to find. "My host is a wonderful guy and could not be more helpful. He apologized for the lack of hot water on the first day and it was not his fault there was no power on my last day. There is no menu for the meals but they were authentic rural Italy so no complaints there. Rinti their dog is very friendly and will accompany you on any walks you take. The family do not live on the premises so you can expect absolute peace and quiet during the evenings. A great place to rest and relax."

"We added this stop to the end of our two week Italian vacation of the big cities. It was just what our family needed to decompress. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and the house is so very impressive. The pool was great for the kids and the Adriatic Sea is a nice drive through the countryside if you want a beach day. We hopefully will be back in the future. It is a big house for 4, but it gave our family a chance to spread out after our long vacation together!"

"We were very happy to have stayed at this villa. It was superbly equipped with everything we needed and was exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was excellent, with very helpful documentation about the area and house sent over before our stay. Limiti is a beautiful village to visit and the views from our house were stunning. The pool was very much appreciated, as it was very hot when we visited!
