Lugar perfecto para relajarte y salir de la rutina

Si buscas un lugar para relajarte y olvidarte del trabajo o el estrés de la vida, este es el lugar. Desde que vas llegando a las instalaciones sientes que estás en un lugar muy bonito y cómodo. El servicio es de lo mejor, desde la encargada hasta el resto del staff. El cuarto de buen tamaño, destaca el delicioso aroma, la cama muy cómoda, relamente un lugar para descansar. El desayuno y la cena rebasaron mis expectativas y todas las amenidades las disfrutamos mucho, ya que como hay poca gente los espacios fueron casi exclusivos para nosotros.

Pagué el servicio de una velada romantica que termino siendo en la recepación junto a un baño donde no hablia clima y me estaba muriendo de calor. El hotel indica que cuenta con alberca que no pudimos utilizar porque no la habían llenado. El jacuzzy esta ya muy viejo y el agua está demasiado caliente para soportarlo una hora.

Un lugar tranquilo, alejado del bullicio para disfrutar con tu pareja. Pequeño pero cómodo. Sería bueno que el el check in fuera un poco más temprano como a la 1 o 2, para poder disfrutar de las instalaciones.

Wonterful experience near the mountains.

Nativa is located near Allende N: L: but is located in a wonderful place far of all kind of noises, near the mountains, with very beautiful gardens and all kind of birds singing, Nativa is just the Paradise in Nuevo León.

El hotel está muy escondido, son como 2 kms de terraceria, pero incluso en coche entras muy bien, se trata de un hotel muy pequeño, muy ecléctico, el servicio cumple, pero podría ser mejor, como que algunas cosas están improvisadas, pero muy agusto para descansar y relajarse, no tanto para divertirse, ya que no hay mucho

Muy lindo lugar

Todo estuvo excelente. El lugar precioso, el personal súper atento y muy servicial. Solamente me gustaría que fuera un espacio 100% libre de humo ya que uno va a relajarse y es spa y era molesto el humo de cigarro de otros huéspedes. Todo lo demás perfecto

Lugar hermoso y relajante

Excelente lugar para relajarse, el personal de lo más atento, atención personalizada, habitaciones amplias, limpias y bonitas. El desayuno era local muy rico. El servicio de spa puede mejorar, el área designada está muy bonita, sólo el personal que los da les falta un poquito más de técnica. Para la cena romántica deberían de separar un poco las mesas de las demás cenas ordinarias para que sea más romántico, Como por ejemplo, en medio del jardín. Lo recomendaría mil veces y sin duda volvería a ir.
