"The staff is nice and helpful. Its location is alright and they have got a clean & cozy lounge where people can do their things. The bathrooms were in mantainance but the ones behind the kitchen were available. Kitchen facility and free breakfast were also ok. I stayed two nights in a female dorm, which shares the entrance with another dorm. It is kind of a weird half-open space, and somehow whoever goes in or out just bangs the door. "It is the most beautiful property I’ve stayed in throughout my 2 weeks in Portugal. There’s even a lift! Bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and spacious. Communal areas are beautiful. The male receptionist is super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this property. "

"The first night was terrible. They didn't have the portable air conditioner hooked up and so it was very hot. Finally I had to open a window which was also terrible. There's a 24-hour food kiosk across the street and bands of students were standing in front of it and yelling until 3:00 a.m. . The second night was not a weekend and they hooked up the air conditioner and it was fine. I gave a medium review because one night was terrible and one night was good."
