"It was perfect"

"Beautiful views of the sea. Located within the historic part of the city."

"Nice, modern hotel. Friendly staff. We were there in the winter. The very high heater pumped lots of warm air, loudly, into the top of the room, which didn't quite ever make it down to the bed where we were. We were able to get a very warm blanket from the front desk eventually, and got some sleep. I'm sure it's fine in the summer."

"A charming location, ideal if you do not need the facilities of a hotel, but just a room and breakfast. We had the room above 'Bruto' and it has the same view of the ferry terminal without the balcony. Location in the old town is lovely, with the beach only a couple of hundred metres away. Plenty of paces to eat within a few metres of the room. "Great view from balcony. Apartment was nice but water leaked through sliding door when it rained. Good access to beach but beware there are wild boars roaming beach area. We were disappointed the spa and restaurant were closed. "

Our host provided us with links of places to visit and the very local cafe/bar provided us with the necessary wifi to download information. "Borgo San Pietro is in the charming Tuscan hilltop town of Agnone. We loved being in the historic district and were able to walk everywhere. The hostess, Valentina, was so helpful and always available--she even scheduled a tour in English for us at the Marinelli Bell Foundry. The views from our room were amazing! Be prepared to walk uphill on old Roman streets, some cobblestone. The local residents were all friendly and helpful, especially the Town Hall staff helping us with geneology questions. This is the real Italy!!"

"It was an excellent hotel. Clean,friendly, and the food was excellent. Service was excellent. It came with buffet breakfast collezione. They offered Pensione for lunch and dinner which is choice in meals for a set price which included wine. It was 20 euro a person. We would return there again. We highly recommend Hotel Sporting!"
