Besonders schön fanden wir den Pool, die Terrasse und die Tischtennisplatte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend und sehr wertschätzend. "The villa and the grounds are wonderful, and the views are enchanting. We had a great time at Villa Staffieri as a multi-generational family of 8. Clearly a lot of thought and love has gone into the house. The village is an easy walking distance and it has a grocery store, cafe, a park with a plauground. The local pizzeria was unfortunately close while we were there, but it's set to re-open in August. There are several restaurants and pizzerias, as well as supermarkets, within short driving...

"Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... "Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO!"

"Beautiful Villa in a spectacular setting. Very well equipped and comfortable. The pool was enjoyed by all our group. The restaurant at the end of the road was good as was the small bar and shop in the village. Jesi, Singhallia and the local caves at Genga all worth a visit. Very pretty hillside towns within a short distance from the Villa. A perfect place for a relaxing, tranquil holiday."

Leider war der TV-Satellit defekt und konnte während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht mehr getauscht werden . Einziger Wermutstropfen waren die nächtlichen lauten Knackgeräusche des Dachstuhles aufgrund der Temperaturunterschiede zwischen Tag und Nacht"

"The villa was everything we expected and more. We had an amazing view from the patio on the rolling hills outside Mondavio. Within a 10 min walk there are a couple of nice restaurants in the historic centre of Mondavio. The surroundings are nice and quiet. The hosts were very nice and were at our disposal within 5 mins if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay!"
