"We had the unfortunate experience of having all our luggage stolen, our money stolen and our rental car broken into. Directly following that experience we arrived at your hotel 2:30 am in the morning . The staff went above and beyond to provide a lovely meal for us, drinks , essentials such as toothbrush, toothpaste and even facial Products.
