In the south of the Provençal Drôme, at the gates of the Ardèche, you will find this spacious, modern villa. In the inviting rooms, which are modern and brightly decorated, you can forget about everyday life and enjoy yourself with family or friends. Relax in a cozy atmosphere and make yourself comfortable on the sofas in the evening to chat at length and make plans for the next days.

Enjoy the sun on your terrace, where you can start the day with delicious croissants. Over breakfast, discuss your activities and excursions for the day ahead. Swim in the pool at your leisure or enjoy a soothing soak in the whirlpool. The house is located in a residential area of Montélimar, surrounded by wooded plains with rolling hills covered with wheat fields, lavender and almond trees.

Visit the medieval villages above the vineyards such as Allan, Puygiron, Sauzet, La Laupie, Savasse and Marsanne. Many marked hiking trails invite you to be enchanted by the beauty of the landscape. You can also visit the Nougat Museum and the castle of Montélimar, the Ardèche Gorges or the Renaissance castle of Grignan. This enchanting valley of the Côtes du Rhône, crossed by a famous wine route, offers a multitude of remarkable sights.
