"The house was poorly prepared for our stay. The pool was green and was not ready for use till six days after we arrived and the pool patio was covered in leaves and had not been cleaned. The shower head and toilet seat in the master bedroom bathroom were broken and, within a couple of days, the bathroom developed an awfull smell. The shower cubicle was not clean, with mould in recesses. The curtain rail in the master bedroom fell off the wall and almost caused injury. The hair dryer was covered...

"Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss...."
