"My family and I had an amazing one week stay at this property. The house and grounds are gorgeous, and we enjoyed exploring the local town of Ronda and other nearby towns. We even made the drive to Marbella on one day and Gibraltar another. Would highly recommend! "Villa is up a very steep road and visitors probably should be aware of that. Was very well kitted out and ideal for our needs as a group of 8 golfers. Having two z beds in one bedroom seems a bit penny pinching. Should be proper beds. Little tired and needing a bit of an upgrade."

"We absolutely loved Francisco’s holiday villa, it was clean and very welcoming with a fantastic pool, my family and I enjoyed the pool immensely. The bedrooms were great with very comfortable and clean matresess and the bathrooms were well set out with an en suite next to the master bedroom. "Property beautiful and full off character. A lot of steps throughout so not suitable for anybody with mobility issues. Everything you need for cooking is there and plenty of dining areas. Property does not have air con , so house very warm but overall a fantastic experience. Montecorto a beautiful village ."

"We would definitely stay here again. We found most of the previous reviews were pretty accurate. If you have a small enough car, you can drive to apartment, but it is not for the faint of heart. Otherwise it’s a simple 5 min walk (or less). The pool and the views were amazing. We found the town to be very nice without a lot of visitor traffic but good food and a few small stores. Nice mirador worth the 20 min walk. We did it for sunrise. The care taker was VERY helpful and responsive. "

"We had a fantastic holiday. The villa is great and has everything you need. We were particularly thankful for the air conditioning but it is the outside space that we enjoyed the most. The pool was a real hit and we spent plenty of time sitting out and admiring the view. Yunquera itself is a traditional Spanish village with a small supermarket and a number of other shops. We did struggle to eat out there as many places seem to be shut in the week. Not a problem if you want to venture further...

"Villa was simply awesome, cozy and well furnished. Joe our host was prompt and courteous. Views from the porch are outstanding. The drive from the main road is exciting and once you arrive it's worth the adventure. One let down was the pool was not heated as advertised and is in need of maintenance. "We had a very relaxing stay in a superb villa with a fantastic pool area and wonderful gardens. A car is a necessity but the coast and supermarket are a short drive away. Estepona is a beautiful town and again a short drive away. If you like walking then the coastal pathways are a delight. Definitely recommend."
