"Stayed at the property for 3 weeks in June. The check in process was very fast and professional and we got a tour around the Villa at check in. The Villa itself was very nice and clean. We were 5 adults and 3 kids that stayed at the villa. The beds were good and we all slept well except there is no air condition but there were fans in every room that helped a lot with the heat on the 2nd floor. "A beautiful villa and Irene the land load was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately weather was bad for mid May and no heating at all, so it was freezing Would recommend the villa as it will be amazing in the sun, but advice you take everything with you from hand soap, washing liquid, mops, trashing machine detergent as nothing available except 1 toilet role per bathroom. We still enjoyed the place and the wonderful cooking of the cook as she prepared for us an Italian feast that I requested...

"Ce doit être bien agréable en été, proche de Florence pour les visites, à l'écart pour la tranquillité.. une piscine et un jacuzzi appréciables, une grande villa, bien pourvue en salle de bains et aux couchages confortables. Les frigos pourraient être plus grand et plus modernes, la vaisselle plus fournie et l'équipement culinaire un peu complété, mais c'est déjà très bien pour le prix. Dommage que le coût des consommations constitue un supplément de prix non négligeable... L'hôte est...

"Overall a very nice stay. Pool area with garden and sun beds were excellent. The house was well set up for a big family or in our case two families. Big bedrooms and sufficient bathrooms. Well equipped house and true to description. Great correspondence with the owners, quick response to any questions we had and also very helpful with recommendations in the area as well as help with restaurant reservation when needed. The one thing that we missed was an outdoor “kitchen” with e.g pizza...
