"This is the most horrible property we have ever experienced. This place should be closed down and inspected by authorities. There was no one on the property to check us in, we never received any codes for our rooms, no communication was forwarded to us prior to check in, got locked in once we entered the gate as we did not have a code to get out. "We couldn’t have found more of a gem. This small boutique hotel in the heart of Sarteano was refurbished and done to the highest of standards. The room was so lovely so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully planned. The breakfast was amazing. Chiara and her brother are so welcoming. We travel to Sarteano often and I’m so glad we found this hotel because it will now be our only go to! Don’t miss your chance to stay here! Absolute gem! "

"Consiglio di mettere delle tendine bianche alla finestra perchè ci sono solo le tende pesanti scure che vanno tenute anche di giorno perché difronte c'è una abitazione. Inoltre consiglio di informare preventivamente i clienti che la colazione si può fare solo dalle 9 alle 9,30 e in un ristorante vicino alla struttura, noi lo abbiamo saputo solo quando siamo arrivati, questo può essere un vincolo per chi ha programmi di partenza presto la mattina."

"What an adorable and beautiful place! It provided the perfect ambience for relaxing and recharging after a 4 week long trip around Tuscany. The place is comfortable, peaceful and the breakfast is magnificent! Everybody we interacted with was kind, sweet and welcoming. Excellent location for exploring the Val D'Orcia.
