Diverso da quanto pubblicizzato
L’appartamento è diverso da come rappresentato nel sito. A suo ridosso è stata eretta una nuova costruzione, il che ha comportato che la grande finestra dell’ampia stanza di soggiorno è stata murata: di conseguenza in quella stanza è necessario soggiornare con le luci sempre accese. Anche gli arredi da giardino mostrano scarsa cura e manutenzione. Attendo da voi un pronto ristoro per la mancata corrispondenza di quanto pubblicizzato all’effettivo stato dei luoghi, ad evitare ulteriori iniziative

Schönes Haus und ruhige Lage
Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus relativ dicht am Strand von Montefiascone. Pool in ausreichender Größe für das Ferienhausensemble. Dieser wirkte zum Ende der Saison nicht mehr ganz so sauber, wurde anscheinend auch wegen der geringen Auslastung der Anlage nur noch sporadisch gepflegt!

Buona la struttura, piacevole e la location Immersa nella quiete ma vicino a tanti luoghi da visitare. Proprietario cortese e disponibile. Apporterei però dei miglioramenti, più che altro sono suggerimenti. Fornire gli alloggi di un tavolo da stiro e di un ferro e di un forno microonde visto che nn c è proprio il.. Fermo restando che nell alloggio assegnatoci nn vi erano... Poi nn sappiamo negli altri.. In genere ci è capitato di prendere altri alloggi nel resto d europa e qsti accessori eran

Mooi en schoon appartement.
Het appartement was goed ingericht. De appartementen lagen te dicht op elkaar met zwembad centraal gelegen. Hierdoor was er weinig privacy. Minpunt als je rust zoekt. Verder was de locatie midden in een agrarisch gebied gelegen. Contact met het meer en de historische stad was niet waarneembaar.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist...
Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist Top! Keine Frage aber es wäre schön wenn die Vermieter mehr Geld in die tolle Anlage investieren würden. Es hat von oben runtergetropft im Bad. Die Fliegentüren waren komplett kaputt. Und man hat jedes Wort ... des Obermieters gehört... Die Küche war nicht gut ausgestattet und nicht gut gereinigt. Wäschewechsel nach 7 Tagen gab es auch nicht...Der Vermieter war sehr nett könnte aber nur Englisch und Italienisch. Das schöne war der Pool der war riesen groß zwar kühler als der See oder das Meer aber erfrischend. Und er wurde super sauber gehalten. Im großen und ganzen war es ein toller Urlaub mit tollen Nachbarn. Reisetipps: Super Lage am Bolsenasee. Die Städte am See sind alle einen Besuch wert. Auch zu empfehlen ein Abstecher in die heißen Quellen Richtung Viterbo. Unser Highlight war der Besuch in Montalte Marina am Mittelmeer top! Rom ist mit der Bahn auch schnell zu ereichen genau wie die Sterbende Stadt Bagnaregio und Pitigliano.
