"Abbiamo soggiornato dal 29 Luglio 2017 al 05 Agosto 2017 e ci siamo trovati bene come appartamento , come vicinanza al mare e disponibilità del sig. Giulio . Unici appunti a parere nostro, la mancanza dell'aria condizionata ( mitigata dalla presenza dl ventilatore), la vicinanza alla ferrovia ( per una camera matrimoniale) ed il condominio che non si presentava in buone condizioni ma questo non è certo una mancanza del proprietario "

"The place was very large and clean. There were blankets provided in the cupboards, which was good as the heating was not working. There is a bad odour coming from the bathroom so you need to keep the bathroom door closed. There are plugs but if you plug too many things at once it blows a fuse. So don’t use washing machine and the hair dryer. There were space heaters, but one of them kept tripping the fuse. Contact with the owner was great and very helpful. Bring slippers if in colder season."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Such a pretty location we were on the seaside with a great view. Adriatic Sea was so warm… We had a rental car to get around and the management were extremely helpful. Termoli was a cute little town great shopping a great small town atmosphere.
