"They gave me a very dirty room with 3 single beds...when I asked for a clean room they told me that all the rooms were busy and that they would look for something else for me. I went to the bar and when I came back they had given away my room because my luggage in it! They gave me back my luggage but the room was prepaid and they didn’t give me back my money! I had to go to a different hotel. I need to know how to get my money back,"

"I rented a 4 room apt at this location and was completely satisfied. Very clean except the shower had some mold.Kitchen had dishes and utensles for 4 people,including a cheese grater and corkscrew. I had a king size bed and also a foldout sofa in the dining/living room. very quiet street in the center of town.
