"Location of this place is outstanding, a nice easy walk into the center of the historical area and to a small nearby food market. The apartment is nicely furnished with primarily antiques, spacious and welcoming, though a bit musty smelling. Bathrooms were updated and very clean. We continuously had problems with the Wi-Fi service, and though the owner was promptly responsive in regard to checking in and out there was zero response to our Wi-Fi questions. "The location is very isolated from population centers, very high in the hills. You are very close to nature and yet with excellent amenities to enjoy. Hospitality is lacking in that absolutely nothing is included in your room except towels and scant utilities to cook. No wine glasses in Tuscany! Internet is inconsistent. Expect the bare minimum services."
