"Property as described and very secure and beautiful setting. Communication with host excellent but did not meet face to face during 11 night stay. Personal touch of an in person welcome would have been nice but not essential. No welcome pack, which we typically experience - just to get started, we were originally due to arrive on a Sunday evening and it would have been very difficult to get essentials for first day. "Lovely Umbrian farmhouse apartment with loads of space. So peaceful. Great swimming pool. We tended to eat out at lunchtime and eat in the apartment in the evening as the town was a short drive away - but this suited us."

"We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was as described and the apartment was clean and comfortable and well stocked with basic amenities. It was located near to the centre of town and the bus station which made getting around quite easy. Andrea was very helpful and responsive when we needed his advice and even offered to drive us to the airport when it looked as if our taxi wasn't going to turn up. Perugia is a lovely city and we hope to come again and stay in Andrea's apartment....

"A very central location, which was a great size for our family of 2 kids and 2 adults. The manager had good communication with us and everything went smoothly. The property is on the 3rd floor with no lift. That was fine for us, but if you don’t like steps, you might not like it!"

"What a magical property. The house is a perfect mix of modern and antique. It is luxurious, but not the type of delicate luxury where you are constantly worrying you’ll break something! The space is very well designed and we were able to completely unwind. The medieval hill town of Monteleone d’Orvieto has tons of charm and incredible views as well. We will definitely be recommending this rental to friends and family, and hope to return."
