The property is well located for the city centre and the main sites as well as for local transport links and ancona's ferry terminal. Just one word of warning for guests arriving on foot with heavy or multiple pieces of luggage. There is quite a long and in places steep climb up to the hotel, so maybe consider a taxi, especially if...

"This little hotel is a gem! Nicely renovated with a modern Italian touch, it's right by the beach and you can have a view of the Adriatic Sea from your room if you'd like. I highly recommend it! Breakfast was delicious and the staff is very courteous and happy! Would go back in a heartbeat."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was nice with lots of hot water. The only negative would be that we found the room too warm. We changed the thermostat to the lowest possible and it was still too warm ."

The bathroom had a shower head over a very narrow bath which was quite difficult for access for one of our family. We booked one family room. We were given 2 adjoining rooms, with one single and one triple room which was quite isolating for our family.
