- Stay cancellation guarantee for Lockdown = In the event that you have to cancel your stay due to lockdowns issued by governments in the 30 days prior to check-in due to the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic: national lockdown Italy; local lockdown in Italy concerning the area in which the booked villa is located ("red" area or impossible to reach due to official restrictions on free circulation); national lockdown of your country of residence; local lockdown in Italy in the Municipality or in the area of residence.

Villa Le Tornaie is located in the heart of Tuscany, on a hill about 700 m above sea level and within an agricultural estate with wine and oil cultivation, the ideal place to practice sports and enjoy extraordinary natural landscapes. The property Tenuta di Mansalto reflects all the charm of the old Tuscan buildings of the 15th century, still visible in the original construction and architecture, which has remained intact despite the renovation. The large courtyard is the gathering point and connection to the entrance of the four residential units, all with independent entrance and with the common areas in the main apartment located on the first floor. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and each has its own ensuite or adjoining bathroom. The wood-burning oven and the barbecue are located in the courtyard that is perfect for organising convivial meals or cooking classes. Completing the offer is the swimming pool set in a beautiful panoramic position and the wellness area with gym, ping-pong table, Hamman and room with hydromassage tub. The villa is within easy reach of Siena, Arezzo, Florence, Rapolano Terme, Montepulciano, Pienza and the most renowned areas of Tuscany. The closest town is Monte San Savino with restaurants and supermarkets, banking and postal services.
Interior:
Villa Le Tornaie consists of four independent residential units with the first two located on the first floor and accessible from the courtyard up a flight of stairs while the other two, on the ground floor, have access directly from the courtyard. UNIT 1 (first floor) consists of a living room, kitchen with pantry, guest bathroom (no bidet), two double bedrooms with divisible beds and ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. The fire place is ornamental. UNIT 2 (first floor) consists of a living room and a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. UNIT 3 (ground floor). The entrance leads into a living room, followed by a hallway (1 step) with, on the left, a double bedroom (with divisible beds) with adjacent bathroom with shower and, on the right, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. UNIT 4 (ground floor) consists of a living room and a double bedroom (accessed up four steps) with ensuite bathroom with shower. The wellness area has independent access and consists of a room with ping-pong table, a weight room and the wellness area with Hamman, shower, WC, sauna and room with hydromassage tub. The laundry room is located externally and is accessible from the courtyard. On the corner of the house there 4 cameras disattivated and not working.
Park:
Villa Le Tornaie stands within an estate of about 2000 sq m, on an expanse of lawn that cloaks the hillside, where the view is lost among the typical Tuscan panoramas. The villa is bordered by a hedge of evergreen shrubs. The stone-paved courtyard that connects the four residential units is equipped with a table shaded by two umbrellas, a wood-burning oven and a barbecue. Between the driveway and the courtyard, surrounded by greenery, is the swimming pool. A large parking area is located at the end of the driveway into the property.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool of Villa Le Tornaie is located 80 metres from the courtyard and is reached via a path across the grass or down a flight of 6 steps. The pool area is delimited by a wooden fence. Rectangular and measuring 10 x 5 m with a depth from 1.12 m to 1.48, the pool has chlorine purification, internal lighting and Roman steps on one of the two short sides for access to the water. The tiled sunbathing area is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds and there is a solar shower located right next to the pool. The pool will be available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
