Fascinatine cottege, situated in the hearth of Argentario, 50 mt above the sea level, whith a wanderfull sight of the iland of Giglio, Cala Piccola and Red island.
The beach, whith a private access, is reachable on foot in a few minutes.
There is , moreover, a seaside resort: "Le Cannelle"reachable, by car (800 mt).The cottage, build in local stone, is totally equipped ( with all the household appliances), outside there is a garden of 200 mq.
From the house is possible to make a lot of excursions: Porto Santo Stefano, Porto Ercole, Giannutri island, Giglio island, Orbetello and Saturnia thermal baths.

An oasis of peace and tranquility amidst nature
We had a wonderful stay in Gianluca’s house. The place is an oasis of peace and tranquility amidst nature, with breathtaking views of the Monte Argentario coast. The garden has sun as well as natural shade from the (scented) pine trees throughout the day. There is access (by car) to the private (!) beaches of Scorpaciate and La Canelle (only 5 minutes drive; private parking and beach front dining) and to the Sassi Verde beach right below the house (well accessible by foot via a narrow downhill footpath and stairs; 5 minutes). Perfect for a late afternoon swim. The house itself is exactly as in the pictures on the VRBO site. Modern design and achitecture , light, clean, well kept and conveniently equiped with airco in all rooms and a washing machine. A very pleasant house, perfect for two, in which we felt at home right away. Gianluca is a kind, responsive, welcoming and helpful host who takes pride in his guests enjoying his beautiful self designed house. Many thanks to Gianluca for letting us stay in this very special place!

RELAX NELLA NATURA
ABBIAMO TRASCORSO UNA SPLENDIDA SETTIMANA IN QUESTO PICCOLO ANGOLO DI PARADISO. CASA CONFORTEVOLE E BEN ORGANIZZATA CON GIARDINO ATTREZZATO CON TAVOLO E LETTINI , VISTA SU UNA DELLE INSENATURE DELLE "CANNELLE" DAVVERO EMOZIONANTE. SPIAGGE BEN RAGGIUNGIBILI CON LA MACCHINA IN 5 MINUTI CON ACCESSO PRIVATO. POSSIBILITA' DI SCENDERE ANCHE A PIEDI LUNGO IL SENTIERO ADIACENTE ALLA CASA. IL TUTTO IMMERSO IN UNA NATURA SELVAGGIA E INCONTAMINATA SUL BELLISSIMO MONTE ARGENTARIO. GIANLUCA E' UNA PERSONA ESTREMAMENTE DISPONIBILE A DARTI QUALSIASI TIPO DI SUGGERIMENTO. Una settimana di pace
Una bella e moderna casetta in pietra all'ombra dei pini con vista sul mare, comodissima per la tranquilla spiaggia sottostante (5 minuti di passeggiata). Ideale per chi vuole passare qualche giorno di relax immersi nella natura quasi incontaminata del promontorio. La sera, oltre ad uno splendito cielo stellato, si riesce a scorgere il faro del Giglio. Il sig. Gianluca è stato gentilissimo e disponibile.

Vista e casa stupende...immerse nella tranquillità...al suono delle cicale..
La casa è in uno dei punti più belli di Monte Argentario. Arredata con molto gusto dove si vede la mano di un architetto. Il proprietario Gianluca sempre disponibile e molto gentile, insieme al giardiniere Luigi e Marcella, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Cercavamo un’oasi di tranquillità, ed è quello che abbiamo trovato in questa villetta a picco sul mare. Raggiungibile in macchina, e a 15 minuti da porto santo Stefano...la consiglierei per coppie o amici che hanno voglia di sentire la natura ancora un po’ selvaggia del posto e di stare un po’ fuori dai posti più turistici...decisamente un’esperienza positiva e rilassante.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Residenz mit kleinen Einschränkungen in der Umgebung
Das Haus ist innen sehr wertig und optimal für Selbstversorger ausgestattet. Für alles ist gesorgt, nur Weingläser waren nicht am Start :-). Wein schon, denn zur Ankunft hat Gianluca eine Flasche Wein spendiert. Sehr nette Geste. Fenster (nur kippbar) und die Eingangstür sind auf höchste Sicherheit ausgelegt. Da keine Mückengitter verbaut sind, ist lüften schwierig... denn Mücken sind da und kommen gern auch mal rein. Der Garten ist traumhaft mit Liegen und den passenden Polstern, mit Stühlen und Tisch, um ganztags den wundervollen Blick auf Giglio sowie die Umgebung und das Meer zu genießen. Ein idealer und total ungestörter Ort zum perfekten Entspannen zu zweit. Der "eigene Weg zum Strand" ist leider sehr beschwerlich und der Strand an dieser Stelle auch keiner, es ist felsig und das Meer durch das hohe Schilfgras auch nur auf eigene Gefahr zu erreichen. Dort verbringt man nicht den Tag, auch keine Stunde. Dies war enttäuschend. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil und sehr eng, man muss auf ca. 200m Weg einen Höhenunterschied von etwa 70m bewältigen. Also sollte man seinem Fahrzeug und vor allem der Bremse vertrauen .. . Die Möglichkeit, oben an der Strasse zu parken, ist gegeben. Der Weg runter samt Gepäck oder Einkäufen ist beschwerlich. Wer die ungestörte Zweisamkeit in einer traumhaften Idylle sucht, der ist hier absolut richtig. Sucht man einen Strandurlaub und will flexibel sein... oder hat man gar körperliche Einschränkungen (spazieren gehen ist anstrengend!), so ist dieses Idyll eher nicht zu empfehlen.

PACE, RELAX e TRAMONTI
Ecco la casa ideale per chi desidera trascorrere un periodo di vacanza all'insegna della tranquillità più assoluta, unico suono il frinire delle cicale. Struttura a misura di coppia, molto romantica specialmente per i magnifici tramonti, arredata con cura e attrezzata di tutto quello che si può desiderare, anche in cucina. C'è anche un'accesso al mare a piedi, non comodissimo ma c'è. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto: le zanzare. Il proprietario fa la disinfestazione ma con il caldo della scorsa settimana non è stata sufficiente, quindi preparatevi e partite attrezzati (zampironi e tanti spray).

"Das wunderschöne Anwesen...
"Das wunderschöne Anwesen liegt sehr abgeschieden an der Westküste von Monte Argentario, mit wunderbarem Meerblick. Zu Fuß kann man über einen kleinen Trampelpfad direkt ans Meer laufen (ca. 5 min). Mit dem Auto benötigt man zw. 15-20 min nach Porto San Stefano, eine diekte Verbindung nach Porto Ercole besteht leider nicht, der Feldweg ist mit einem normalen PKW nicht passierbar. Die zufahrt zum Haus erfolgt über ein elektrisches Tor, so dass man sich auch nachts sicher fühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem erdenklichen Komfort ausgestattet, sehr stylisch und fast neu. Das Anwesen wird vom Vermieter mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gepflegt. Zum Haus gehört auch eine kleine hungrige Schildkröte."

"This is a very beatiful ...
"This is a very beatiful place where nothing will disturb you. The house is oriented to the west so you will get breathtaking sunsets and during the day, the lovely garden will always have a shade somewhere. The views are luxurious! I can definitely recommend this property for romantic getaways, even for stays with a little baby (this was our case). On the other hand, this is not a house for a beach holiday (although a rough beach is a few hundred meters away)."

"ho scoperto un piccolo angolo di paradiso. Lo consiglio a chi cerca assoluto relax immerso nel verde e affacciato sul mare (le foto non rendono giustizia, in realtà è molto + bello) La struttura è nuova ricca di ogni particolare e ristrutturata con passione, il proprietario persona distinta e disponibilissima. Credo che se troverò posto tornerò sicuramente."
