While the property rooms and common building are clean and the staff is friendly, the beds are uncomfortable, Hotels.com said there was AC and a fitness center, neither are available at the facility so my room was constantly hot. There were a couple bugs in my room. The towels are poor quality. My room was next to housekeeping so it was very loud. "We paid for breakfast and it was terrible, as we went into breakfast room it was divided and walking up to table to get some cold hams and orange juice we were told we had to eat in other part of dining area where there was just bread and waffles and drinks. Everyone was sneaking through to get a yogurt or fresh juice the satff in breakfast area were very rude!! Never stay there look for something don’t always settle for the cheapest it’s not worth it , everyone who was English were complaining...

"Excellent stay we were pleasantly surprised with the quality and comfort given price. Excellent value for money. Fresh, clean and the bedding and matress were probably the best we have had on our 3 week road trip round Europe staying in approx 15 different hotels. Thoroughly recommend this budget option "

"Room was small but good for one person. There is a nice restaurant 2 minutes walk away, and the town of Albi 10 minutes driving and worth a visit. The staff was very friendly. Overall very good for the price. "

"First I need to warn the readers to not use Apple Maps to get there because it will bring you to some random place on the other side of Toulouse. The chateau is out in the country side. It is a pretty building with beautiful grounds and the apartment we stayed in was very spacious, recently renovated with a terrific view of the adjacent county. The breakfast was typical French.
