"Five 60ish cycling fans visiting for the Tour De France. Excellent property in a beautiful area especially if you are interested in cycling / hiking. Only down side is the opening days and times of local restaurants which caught us out a bit but the house is very well equipped and as we are all keen cooks then this wasn't a problem for us but may be for some. Not that much to do for kids. All in all an excellent trip and I would highly recommend the property for a similar group of people."

"The garden was particularly lovely. We enjoyed bbqs whilst listening to the birds. It was nice to be able to walk into the charming village to buy fresh bread, fresh meat and fish and great wine. The gite was well equipped and provided an excellent base to explore the Burgundy vineyards."

"House was spacious, well-equipped and ideally situated for our week in the Cote d'Or. Yann the owner was very responsive to the few queries we had. My only concern was with the directions to the house could be made clearer and presumed to arrive from Nuits St Georges."

"Bernard was very accommodating and provided a very clean and well equipped house to stay in. The downside was that the outside area felt like a building site. There was a half finished pond and decking area. The area around the pool is unfinished concrete as well. It is within walking distance to Santaney, but does mean it is on the main road. These things were tricky with young children and not clear on the listing."

"Truly one of the coolest and most amazing rental properties we have stayed in. The apartment is so unique, beautiful and well appointed. It was a quick 5-minute walk into town. Only critique is the window shades are very thin and you feel a little 'exposed' to neighbors at night, specifically in the bathroom. Thank for for an awesome stay in Burgundy! :) "

Entièrement réaménagée, elle est particulièrement bien équipée pour accueillir une grande famille ou un groupe de personnes, pour un prix très raisonnable. Très beau séjour aux multiples fauteuils, cuisine moderne, grande terrasse meublée au calme... Tout y est grand, malgré son nom de "Petite maison". Merci aux propriétaires."

"Nous étions une vingtaine d'adultes et une dizaine d'enfants. Il y a de la place pour tout le monde, sans se marcher dessus. Les enfants ont été ravis de profiter des jeux et des animaux. Personne ne s'est ennuyé durant ce week-end. Hôte disponible et réactive. Très bon séjour pour l'ensemble des participants !"

"This is a wonderful estate in a rural area about 15 minutes from town. The owners live in a house on the property and are very helpful. The best kitchen we had in France. We wanted to use the Pool but in never stopped raining. It was beautiful though. One word of caution is the steps to some of the bedrooms are narrow and a little steep so I would use smaller bags than one large one. All included items were accurate and Kid friendly, although we were all over 60. I would bring soap and shampoo....

"Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cette magnifique propriété parfaite pour un week end entre amis. De l’espace, des chambres independantes et bien agencées avec douches et toilettes, une piscine interieure tres agréable, un magnifique jardin et beaucoup de loisirs possibles sur place (velos, ping-pong, baby-foot, petanque, barbecue…). Un vrai resort a 2 pas de la magnifique ville de Beaune."
