Charming comfortable villa of 280 m2 in MONTBAZIN near SETE and MONTPELLIER. It includes 5 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, 2 shower rooms, a pool house, swimming pool, outdoor shower, pizza oven and a bar area, billiards, 80 m2 cinema in the air-conditioned basement.
2 private indoor parking spaces.

The house is fully equipped with appliances and kitchen accessories. (griddle, bar, pizza oven, wood, outdoor fridge, etc.). It has the Sonos home and garden sound system.

Vegetables from the vegetable garden will be made available to the tenant depending on the season.

A baby cot can be provided on request.

Fantastic House
The house was really nice and the outside and pool areas were really good. Delphine and Lionel were excellent hosts and whilst being very relaxed and accomodating, were proactively checking via whatsapp that everything was ok (which it was) and offering advice on places to go, throughout the stay, which was a very nice touch. The mini supermarket and patiserie in the village (5 min slow walk in the sun!) were both excellent and the supermarket was well stocked and good value and although we visited the bigger supermarkets during our stay, we relied heavily on the SuperU when we couldn't be bothered to drive the 10 mins to the big supermarkets.The house was very clean and was well equipped, especially in the kitchen and outside and basement bar areas (the kitchen had many and excellent cookware, utensils and knives - I usually end up buying my own when staying in other houses !). The only thing we missed was a Barbeque, although the outside gas griddle was a welcome addition and got used everyday (instead of a barbeque) and we didn't get to use the outdoor wood fuelled pizza oven. All in all, an excellent holiday house and excellent hosts, we would thoroughly recommend this house for a relaxing time in a beautiful part of France

Une sublime maison, très équipée et impeccable. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et chaleureux. La maison est située dans un joli petit village proche de toutes les commodités utiles pour passer des vacances au top. Beaucoup de beaux lieux à visiter.

Wunderschönes Haus
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Lionel und Delphine sind wunderbare Gastgeber und hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und haben uns viele tolle Ausflugstipps gegeben. Nicht weit entfernt vom Haus gibt es einen tollen Bäcker mit den leckersten Baguettes. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig. Insgesamt eine wunderbare Auszeit 😊

Excellent séjour chez Delphine et Lionel
Nous avons passé quelques jours à deux familles dans cette magnifique villa où rien ne manque pour passer un bon séjour. L’accueil de nos hôtes a été très chaleureux. Piscine, plancha, four à pizzas, billard… Le tout au calme, dans un petit village avec de sympathiques commerçants. Nous recommandons vivement !

Traumhaft!
Wir haben 2 traumhafte Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Die Vermieter haben an alles gedacht. Das Haus hat viele Details und Besonderheiten, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Das Haus hat einen besonderen modernen Stil und ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet! Wir fanden besonders den beheizten Pool, den Grill und den Pizzaofen toll. Die Kinder liebten den Partykeller. Die Vermieter Lionel und Delphine sind sehr herzlich und helfen bei jeder Anfrage sofort. Das Dorf Montbazin ist sehr malerisch und es war sehr angenehm, dass dort keine Touristen waren sondern jeden Morgen die Einheimischen beim Bäcker grüßten. Wir empfehlen das Objekt sofort ohne Einschränkung! Ausflugstipps sind die Höhlen, Strände und Städte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit, Lionel und Delphine! Eure Ingénieurs-Truppe :-)

Séjour Idyllique à Montbazin !
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour de 3 semaines dans la magnifique villa de Lionel et Delphine. La villa est tout équipée, décorée et aménagée avec goût et le plus grand soin, celle-ci retranscrit littéralement la philosophie des propriétaires: accueillants et chaleureux ! Nous avons séjourné en famille, plusieurs couples et de tout âge, et enfant en bas-âge, la villa convient à tout le monde ! La piscine est au top, le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu ! Plancha, four à pizza, billard, pool bar… nous ont permis de vivre 3 semaines de rêve, dans une très belle région ! Lionel et Delphine ont été disponibles et attentifs aux moindres détails, un grand grand merci pour toute l’attention que vous nous avez accordé !

wunderbare Vermieter und traumhafte Immobilie
Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es fehlte an Nichts. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, in den Betten haben alle gut geschlafen der Pool ist wirklich beheizt!! und die Außen-Bar- und -Küche runden das ganze ab. Die Vermieter Delphine und Lionel sind sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit und geben wirklich wunderbare Empfehlungen für Restaurants/ Aktivitäten / Sehenswürdigkeiten usw. Wir werden Wiederkommen :-)
