This stylish, air-conditioned accommodation dates from 2015 and meets RT2012 standards for waterproofing and insulation. 3 STAR TOURIST FURNITURE. Located on the 1st floor of our villa (staircase for reduced mobility), it is completely independent, the villa is fully enclosed, entrance with remote control, access to the swimming pool and barbecue area. it includes a kitchen-dining room, a bedroom, a living room with high-end sofa bed, a terrace, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large sink (work surface 1m30) and separate WC. The garden is shaded and very flowery with a play corner for children. The swimming pool is secure and measures 5m by 10m with Roman entry. The walls are stony and the roof in old tiles. The equipment is comfortable and very complete, 42 "HD television, fridge, oven, hob, extractor hood, vacuum cleaner, etc. Household linen is provided in line with the number of holidaymakers. Wifi access allows you not to disconnect completely.

Warm hospitality Quiet Neighbourhood Good Location
Ève and Alain are kind and thoughtful hosts who are always available to answer questions and give helpful information with a smile. The clean, tidy, and well equipped apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful view, lovely yard and a pool. It is ideally located to Uzès and all the many interesting sites in the area. It was a joy to stay here.

Un agréable séjour
Nous sommes un jeune couple avec un enfant et un chien. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propreté du logement que Eve et Alain nous ont confié. A notre arrivée nous avons apprécié la fraicheur de l'appartement (climatisation allumée avant notre arrivée). Emplacement hyper calme et reposant, proximité avec le centre de Montaren à pieds. Le jardin et la piscine sont un atout majeur, très agréables et très bien aménagés, le cadre est magnifique. Parasol transat barbecue et même une douche et un wc à proximité, très pratique avec un enfant. Hôtes aux petits soins, toujours de bon conseil et d'une gentillesse exemplaire. Nous avons pu découvrir beaucoup de lieu sereinement et avons eu un coup de coeur pour la région.

Un merveilleux séjour
Nous recommandons à 100% cette location de par son emplacement (à proximité des commerces et de la ville d'Uzes), son confort, sa propreté, son jardin fleuri et sa grande piscine, et surtout pour la discrétion et gentillesse de nos hôtes Eve et Alain. Nous revenons de 15 jours de chez Eve et Alain, avec 2 garcons de 6 et 10 ans et un bébé de 6 mois, ce sont personnes geniales, à l écoute, tres discret, tres gentil, le logement est tres bien aménagé et très propre, tout est fait pour passer d agreables vacances au calme. Meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme værter. Luksus med stor pool næsten for os selv. Smuk og blomsterrig have. Stor lejlighed hvor intet manglede, og aircondition gav svale på dage med tæt på 40 grader. Meget hyggelig lille by.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alain et Ève qui ont été accueillants, attentionnés et agréables tout au long du séjour. Le logement est bien agencé, fonctionnel et très propre.La propriété est bien sécurisée et adaptée que se soit pour les enfants ou les animaux. Nous avons apprécié la piscine qui est également sécurisée et bien entretenue au quotidien. De part leur gentillesse, Alain et Ève n’ont pas hésité à être aux petits soins auprès de notre petite famille et de nos chiens. Nous recommandons de venir séjourner à cet endroit. Vacances au top 👌

Superbe location
Gîte tout confort, avec un extérieur magnifiquement arboré et entretenu. On se sent comme à la maison, les hôtes Alain et Eve sont d'une gentillesse, de plus très à l'écoute et disponible tout en étant très discret. La bonne adresse pour de belles vacances
Nous avons passé une belle semaine chez Eve et Alain. La région est à découvrir et à re-découvrir ! Le logement d'une propreté impeccable et très bien équipé, un magnifique jardin équipé de jeux pour les enfants, et une superbe piscine : tout y était pour régaler toute la famille. Super semaine dans ce gîte très propre, parfaitement équipé et placé près de toutes les commodités. Il y a beaucoup de jouets et d'équipements pour les enfants et même les bébés. La piscine est superbe ! Cerise sur le gâteau: les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils. Ils sont très discrets et toujours disponibles. Nous espérons revenir car cette location est tout simplement parfaite !

Le Carbet est le lieu idéal pour se ressourcer. Un appartement très agréable et une superbe piscine, le tout dans un environnement très calme et avec des hôtes très accueillants et très discrets. Et, cerise sur le gâteau, la région est magnifique. Encore merci Eve et Alain pour votre accueil.

Nous avons passé une excellent séjour chez Ève et Alain avec nos deux enfants (2 et 4 ans). L’appartement est très propre et fonctionnel, parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Bien équipé, literie confortable, climatisation. Le jardin est très agréable et adapté aux enfants, belle et grande piscine sécurisé. Alain et Ève sont très accueillants et disponibles en cas de souci, tout en étant discrets. On se se sent chez soi. Nous recommandons vivement !

Beautiful apartment, with fantastic grounds and pool.
We had a fantastic holiday here- the apartment was spotlessly clean, and the owners Eve and Alain very friendly and welcoming. The location is great- a 5 min walk to the local boulangerie for fresh croissants and bread, and an ideal base to explore the local area with loads of places to see and explore. We very much appreciated all the baby items too!

Quel bonheur d’avoir des hôtes aussi sympathiques et aux petits soins. Un immense MERCI à Mamie Ève et Papi Alain (comme ils se font appeler) pour leur accueil très chaleureux. L’appartement et la propriété sont très bien entretenus, et très bien équipés. Idéal pour des familles avec de jeunes enfants (piscine sécurisée, équipements et jeux pour enfants), l’endroit est très calme et proche de tout ! (Boulangerie à pied, grand supermarché à 3 min, Uzès a 5 min, et de nombreuses visites à proximité). Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Un point important pour nous : la literie très bonne et appartement très propre. La piscine et le jardin sont agréables. Nous avons été séduits par la région que nous ne connaissions pas. Ce n’est pas sans émotion que nous repartons, avec l’espoir de vous revoir.

Super vacances en famille
Super propriété au coeur d'un beau petit village très calme. Boulangerie , petite épicerie et pizzeria accessibles à pied en moins de 5 minutes. La location est conforme à la description et les extérieurs sont magnifiques. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour leurs locataires. Que dire à part : un grand merci à vous et ne changez surtout rien.

Nous avons adoré notre semaine chez Eve et Alain. Leur propriété est magnifique : nos 2 enfants (2 ans et 12 ans) ont adoré le jardin (balançoire, trampoline…) et surtout la merveilleuse piscine. Eve et Alain nous ont fait passer un très bon séjour, on se sent tout de suite comme à la maison ! Ils sont très discrets et toujours là en cas de soucis ou si l'on a besoin de conseils. De plus, Uzès est une ville magnifique, à voir absolument ainsi que le pont du Gard. Nous conseillons vivement cet endroit...
