"Lugar muito lindinho e aconchegante. Os funcionários são super educados e simpáticos. Eles enfatizam bastante o silencio e recebemos reclamações quando estávamos na piscina pois nos passaram que estávamos falando alto, apesar de não estarmos com música e nem nada. Super compreensível. Porém na madrugada/manhã alguns hóspedes deram um show de barulho e brigas, de ZenHouse virou CaosHouse e não teve nenhuma forma de intervenção de funcionários.
