"This was a fabulous apartment centrally located with a parking garage up the road for 20 euro. The host was kind and very responsive. Check in was simple and he even brought us more coffee when we ran out, in less than five minutes. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was one of the best I have ever had. "Calabria is a province of hilltop villages and just outside San Vincenzo La Costa is this peaceful mountain refuge. The driveway is daunting at first but passable in any car and easy once you have done it. Host Claudia stocked the place with jam, bread and coffee and did everything to make me feel at home. There is great hiking from the house and even better a short drive away, and it easy to access all the wonders of Calabria in an hours drive in any direction. I cannot wait to come back."
