The villa is surrounded by a private garden which goes all around the property and feature a large swimming pool at exclusive use for the client 5x12 mt. depth 1.50 all around. equipped with elegant sun lounges and umbrellas; a covered patio with table chairs and barbecue for al fresco meal. Rental Rules:
A 40% NON-Refundalbe deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 04.00 pm to 07.00 pm
Checkout: before 10.00 am.

Security deposit (Refundable):
A value of € 3000.00 shell be held on your credit card following at the arrival at the villa and will be returned at the end of stay.
