La Rimessa is a lovely stone building with shared pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet. La Rimessa is a villa / farmhouse / home having a total of five separate units. The property can sleep up to 30 people comfortably in 15 bedrooms with 15 bathrooms. Conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Montaione, Italy and only 16 km (10 mi) from San Gimignano.
LA RIMESSA is composed by 3 independent houses (Casa Padronale, Casa Marcello and Il Fienile), plus a 3rd building, Fornace, containing 2 apartments: Fornace 1+ Fornace 2.
In case the 5 units are booked together a group of 30 would have the exclusive use of the property; the unit Casa Padronale has a large veranda, good for communal dining; also its kitchen is large.
Each unit offers private patio or garden, BBQ.
A five-a-side football pitch with artificial grass and a paddle court (illuminated so also possible to play at night) are available to the guests.

After arriving at La Rimessa you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the lake and the hills ideal for a peaceful holiday in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of sightseeing. Also available outdoors are a barbecue grill, playground and patio. Many people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit vacation rental where they can spend time together in the common areas, like the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters with bedroom and bathroom. La Rimessa is a nice stone building that has a total of five separate apartments that is conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Montaione, Italy and only 16 km (10 mi) from San Gimignano. La Rimessa, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet, air conditioning and shared pool.
Casa Marcello (100sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with two bathrooms that is built on one level and can sleep up to four people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, toaster and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to four people.
