Tiny house on private 20 acres along the Klamath River.

Private cozy space with 500 hundred yards of river front. Copco lake does not have water anymore BUT- the historic Klamath River is back to the valley like it used to be back then! And you got the crazy option to walk on a lake bed and see what is was 100 years ago.

You can fish for Salmon, Steel head and Rainbow trout on upper Klamath River.
Property has access to thousands of acres of land lock BLM . You can hunt Deer, Bear, Elk, Turkey, Quail. This place is a paradise for hunters and fisherman's.
In winter, you can visit the ski resorts of Ashland and Shasta.
Fresh, clean air, the proximity of the river and the forest, comfortable living conditions, convenient location for tourist destination-all this will decorate your holiday in the vicinity of the village at any time of the year.
The cabin has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A fool-size futon. a fool - twin size bunk bad, and a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove and coffee maker. There are two showers , one in the house and one outdoor.
Our tiny home is a great place to relax with friends or the whole family!

Peaceful and restorative... just what the doctor ordered
After a stressful period, I needed to get away to a peaceful place where I could be alone with my thoughts. This was the perfect place. I stayed four nights and couldn't be more pleased with the accommodations, location, natural beauty and complete silence (other than the deer coming down the hillside). The tiny house doesn't FEEL tiny inside. More like a well-appointed studio apartment. While no longer on a lake (google Klamath River dam removal), the property has (new) stunning views of the valley and restored river, with plenty of spots to relax and soak it all in. This trip I went by myself, but house can sleep four easily, plus there are spots for RV parking, with cleanout, electric, toilet and more. They really thought of everything. The hosts were fantastic, providing clear communication while giving me my space. I can't recommend this place enough and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Outdoor space was perfect
This tiny house has all it needs. The bunks are a little squeaky. But there is enough space for a family of four. The outdoor space is lovely! The outdoor shower was a nice touch. Dmitry communicated well and made sure everything went as it should. We enjoyed seeing the rehab work in the newly exposed reservoir bed.

Wonderful weekend
Copco Lake is always fun. The host was helpful and accommodating. Everything was there that we could have needed. Plenty for us to do. I hope to come back and complete the puzzle. You must come to stay and start your day at the lake sitting on the dock listening to the birds

Wonderfull stay at Copco Lake, probably one of my favorite vacation rentals ever.
The area is quite secluded, about 25 miles from the nearest town (and grocery store so bring everything you may need), with very little local traffic both on the roads and lake resulting in extremely peaceful, quiet and restful environment. The lake, which is teaming with fish and otters, is surrounded by sparsely wooded hills which are home to eagles, ospreys, hawks, deer and all manner of wild fauna. The temperature of the lake remains cool throughout the day providing a nice contrast (and relief) to the hot local summer weather. The property itself is about a mile from the nearest neighbor and features: hundreds of yards of lakefront with rocky shores, reeds and small earthen beaches, a great wooden dock for fishing, sunbathing or just reading by the lake, canoe and kayaks galore, and a nice wooded area that even extends into the surrounding hills for hiking. The tiny house is indeed small but functional with most things required for an enjoyable stay and the reduced inside space is nicely complemented with great outdoor spaces (barbeque area, terrace and outside table). The only small knock is the tap water in the house that, while safe, smells of sulfur and was thus not really drinkable, so it is highly advisable to bring abundant water. Finally, the host Dmitriy, really makes every effort to ensure his renters have a great time. He is really patient and willing to take time to show you around the area, take you fishing and teach you to fish (sorry for the lost lures) and in general share his extensive outdoor expertise. In summary if you like to enjoy nature and seclusion without sacrificing comfort, while having access to numerous outdoor activities, you will love the tiny house at Copco.

Sweet Place
We reached late than expected. Dmitriy was there before we reached to welcome us. He also setup a fire and a bottle of wine for us. He is very helpful throughout the booking process. He also gave us a list of places to visit and things to do nearby Our dogs had a lot of fun running around and we enjoyed the place which is very cute and clean. We are planning to visit this place in summer again.

Perfect getaway - amazing host
From the moment we first booked the trip Dmitry was incredibly helpful and inviting. When we arrived at the gorgeous property he had a fire going for us, fishing poles, worms, and a bottle of wine ready for us. The location is absolutely gorgeous with lake views, wildlife, and plenty of room for the dog to run free and explore. The cabin was clean and comfortable and we felt at home almost immediately. By the time we were packing up to leave on Sunday night we were already planning our next trip at this truly amazing little spot

This is a cute little one room house right on Copco Lake about 15 miles off I5 near Yreka,
We arrived much later than I wanted to, so I had a little trouble finding it in the dark. But Dmitry was waiting for me at the top of the property Because I was in a walking boot, he helped me unload my car. He returned the next day to help me load the car back up. My dogs had a blast running around the property and attempted to go into the lake but it was too cold. This would be a great place for a summer fishing trip.

Charming Lake cabin
My daughter, I and our dog Leo loved our stay in the small charming cabin right on the lake. Everything we needed was there to relax, swim, fish, canoe, hike… Nature was amazing, golden eagles chasing bold eagles, pelicans, egrets… Fishing and swimming was so wonderful. Our dog was free to roam around the vast property. Our host Dmitriy was super nice, brought us jam, strawberries, worms to use as bait. We truly enjoyed his fishing and hunting stories. We plan to return in fall or spring.

Fantastic private Lake house with your own dock
You could not ask for a better host in Demitri! He made sure from the moment we booked our dates to the time we left, we were completely taken care of. The fishing on lake and river were awesome and Demitri made sure we had everything we needed to be successful as he is an expert fishing and hunting guide. My two boys and I made great memories biking, fishing, kayaking, grilling fish and watching the stars in zero light pollution. Although the cabin was not huge, it was completely comfortable and efficient with everything we needed. With your own dock, grill, additional outdoor shower and bathroom, you have plenty of space as the outdoor area is beautiful! You will have fun here!

A hidden gem
Dimitri is a very welcoming and a generous host. The place is a hidden gem with its own pier and kayaks on the property to use which I would highly recommend. It’s a very clean cute home that has everything you need. The best part is just sitting on the pier and watching the amazing bird life around you. It’s amazingly tranquil and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of overpacked vacation areas. We left wanting to come back immediately!!!
