"Just in front of the Lausanne station. Great location to give an easy access to everywhere. The only disappointment was that when checking in, one of the staff told that he would bring the Lausanne Passport Card (free pass for transportation for tourists) to my room in 5 minutes but he never appeared. As it was not necessarily necessary for me, I did not remind him to bring it, but I was kept waiting in the room."

"Lausanne Palace is ideally located near the main shopping and dinning area. My only slight complaint is the inconsistency of the housekeeping. We stayed for 6 days. Some days they were great, but a few times they forgot to replenish the necessities like the body wash. "

The room is spacious and the furnishing is tasteful and very comfortable. The windows also open, which is a plus. There's adequate working space in the room and the bathroom was very good too.
