"The house was perfect. It was very spacious with multiple areas to relax in sun or shade at any time of day. It was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and even cleaned during our stay. "We are tennis fanatics so it was lovely to have a private court in good condition in the grounds. Played every day. Nice pool to cool off. Villa was spotless and spacious and all the appliances worked. Be aware that towels are not provided. Dealing with Vrbo was not easy. We needed to talk to them about a French legal requirement for liability insurance and the only contact number I could find was a USA premium rate line. Cost me £35 for a 7 minute conversation and they failed to call me back...

"This is a fantastic villa, well equipped for a comfortable stay in a stunning location. We really enjoyed the area - swimming and paddle boarding in the lake and cycling. Bauduen is a small village, very pretty with restaurants to enjoy. I really recommend this villa if you like the quiet life - hopefully we will return!"

"Le domaine est très agréable, arboré et avec des activités pour toute la famille (tennis, piscine et maison des jeunes). La maison de nos hôtes est pratique et tout le nécessaire y est. Plein de petits coins cosy pour se reposer. Je termine par le meilleur : les hôtes. Ils sont charmants et plein de bons conseils pour les visites, marchés locaux, restaurants, … Merci encore. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. 😊"

"A great villa, very well furnished especially the outside space around a fabulous pool. The property is an excellent size for a family with a great range of equipment. The location is extremely quiet but easy access to the local village of Flayosc which had lovely square and far more restaurants than I thought it would have. We had an amazing time and loved the Villa."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It was immaculately clean and fitted out with everything you could possibly need including a top quality gas BBQ. While the pool deck can be windy, it is not overlooked and is south facing so you get the sun all day which ensures the water temperature is perfect.  There is an overnight parking lot camping trailers beside the house but it's on lower ground so you don't see it and it was always very quiet. Elie and his wife Manou are lovely...

"A great stay. Would recommend a visit to the local vinyard where there is wine tasting and also a hike through the vines and surrounding hills. A trip to the Gorges du Verdon is also a must with the option booking an electric boat for a couple of hours. For a shopping trip, CAP3000 in Nice is worthwhile with over 100 shops and restaurants. The property was great. We arrived just after a big storm, so the pool was quite sandy, but it improved throughout our stay with the help of the pool...

"We had an excellent holiday . The views of the lake are amazing. The location is very peaceful and surrounded by nature. We swam in the lake every day and for our morning swim,were the only people in our stretch of the lake. The villa is well equipped and comfortable for four people.
