"We had a fantastic time. The house was so well-appointed for families and adult groups (there were even considerations for babies!) The host was very responsive and we felt welcome. The kitchen was easy to cook in, the beds were very comfortable and three bathrooms made it easy to get everyone out of the house on time. The hot tub was great for tired skiers, and the location couldn’t have been better. Great stay!"

"The house was clean and beautiful. This is the best-stocked VRBO house we have ever stayed at. They supplied paper products, soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent, spices, etc. That was handy as international travelers. The hosts were exceedingly friendly and polite. We highly recommend staying here!"

"Our little cabin had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Host Frank is very warm and welcoming and gave us a helpful overview of his beautiful property. We enjoyed hiking and swimming and access to the region. The lake is lovely! Next time we’ll hope for better weather to enjoy it more. Just two things in our cabin that could be fixed: the bedroom has a strong mildew odour from damp; it would be great if the laundry line was on the sunny side of the cabin, as it is not possible to dry anything...

"Overall great! Lots of space, clean, and beds were fairly comfortable. Good value for money. Other reviewers have mentioned the water which was quite smelly. Luckily we brought along a big jug of water. The toaster was also not working quite right and the coffee maker was pod style (would have been to have a regular coffee maker as well). "The place was so clean and well taken care of! Gabriel, the host was amazing. He was always easy to get ahold of and had excellent communication before, during and after my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling within the area. We will be visiting this place again! "

"Me and my GF booked this place last minute. We wanted to have a nice getaway in the Eastern Townships. When we arrived, the property was exactly what we wanted. Right next to all of these splendid hiking trails. Our cottage was adjacent to the lake. The lake is so refreshing and clean. You can walk in it with your bare feet. Inside the cabin, we got the wood stove crackling with a glowing hot fire. It was so soothing. Had a nice bbq steak dinner. Would go to cool off on our midnight swims...

"We had a lovely time in this super clean and cozy home. The beds were very comfortable and the place was warm even in the midst of a windy snow storm! We had everything we needed for 4 adults and two teenagers. Lots of ski mountains to choose from nearby and the little town nearby is adorable. The hot tub was a big hit too. We would definitely return. "

"The property was quiet, private, beautiful view of the lake, clean, homey, and the welcoming and helpful hostess lived next door. Just a few minutes drive to Knowlton and a number of scenic and interesting nearby towns no more than hour away. Many great restaurants in the area."

"We used Villa de Brome as a staging area for skiing at nearby Bromont. The price was spectacular; going early in the week assured us a quiet space with only one or two other guests (we were advised weekends can get busier). The room exactly as advertised; the beds comfy and the space was clean. The shower / toilet in the middle of the room (don't worry - its enclosed with a door) is a bit quirky, but doesn't throw you off. The room is not setup for lounging but the rest of the villa more than...
