From the minute, we arrived by car, they expected us, handled the check-in, and moved us to the front desk, where we were welcomed personally. "the front desk closes at 7pm and they charge you 25 euro to call them if it's a non-emergency. we didn't have any sheets on one of the beds so there was nothing we could do. rooms are very basic and dated"
