Not many decent towns to explore, other than Avignon and le Sourge near the cottage. Lavender was beautifull. "Right from the start we were welcomed! The house was lovely and clean with all amenities needed and the pool wonderful. So close to Gordes - an easy 0.6km walk up to the centre. Each morning a short drive to the boulangerie In Bedoin and then sit outside the property looking down at the world going by with a coffee, fresh baguette, Comte cheese and a beef tomato you could not be anywhere better in the world. "This is an excellent place to stay, very conveniently situated and in a quiet residential area. We are a couple and we’re lucky enough to have two weeks here. The house is exceptionally clean appliances that all looked new and it is very well equipped. We self catered every night and had everything we needed. There was lots of private outdoor space, comfy chairs and sun loungers. The area is beautiful, so much to see and do all within short distances. We could have easily stayed for longer....
