There was some working around the hotel, but they did their best to accommodate our request for a quiet room, even letting us enter the room before check-in time. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included....
