Villa La Botanica consists of a main villa and an adjoining house. A real plus if you come with several people, with family or friends.

The main villa of 400 m2 serves two independent floors with a refined decoration that can accommodate up to 8 people. Each floor has its own access from the garden thanks to the terrace surrounding the villa La Botanica and are also connected by internal stairs. The main building has 4 double bedrooms overlooking the promenade, the beach and the garden, 3 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens : kettle, coffee maker, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, mixer, hob, refrigerator, tea pot, dishes and a large spacious and bright lounge facing the sea.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 : on the ground floor, double beds and direct access to the terrace and garden

Bedrooms 3 and 4 : on the first floor, double beds, private bathrooms and panoramic sea view

The adjoining house of 100 m2 has access from the garden or from the street independently of the main villa which can accommodate up to 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It is the ideal place for two families with children, the spaces are special and bright. No one steps on top of each other and everyone enjoys every moment with their independence.

In the garden shared by the main villa and the adjoining house, there is a dining area with a barbecue where you can spend friendly and festive moments! You can also relax in the outdoor lounge, read a book and contemplate this splendid view of the beach. To top it all off, take advantage of the large swimming pool to cool off.
