Alojamiento muy completo

Nuestra estancia en el chalet superó todas nuestras expectativas. La cocina completamente equipada, una terraza espectacular para disfrutar de la casa al completo. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y las camas cómodas. La casa está muy bien situada perfecta para disfrutar de la playa y desconectar, esperamos regresar pronto y recomendaríamos este chalet a cualquiera que busque una escapada perfecta en familia.

Vacaciones en la playa

Hemos pasado unos días con amigos y hemos estado genial, la casa está muy completa. La anfitriona ha estado atenta en todo momento. La amplitud de la casa es ideal para ir mas de una familia, la playa está a pocos minutos andando. La limpieza tambien muy bien. Repetiremos seguro!!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Maria hat immer schnell geantwortet und alle Anliegen schnell geregelt, alles war einfachm, flexibel und unkompliziert. Topp. Der Pool war sehr sauber und wurde von useren Kindern täglich genutzt und gefeiert. Es ist alles da, was man braucht.

Beautiful place! We enjoyed our time with great pleasure. Despite the fact that the weather was a little windy, the rest got along well! The kids were just fascinated by the playground and the pool! Thank you so much Maria for such a great vacation!

Villa parfaite pour un séjour entre amis

La propriété correspond à l'annonce dans son ensemble et est très agréable. Maria José est très réactive dans nos demandes et super sympa Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré les fortes chaleurs (la villa n'est pas climatisée mais des ventilateurs sont mis à disposition) Belle surprise avec le toboggan de la piscine qui n'était pas dans les descriptions au moment de notre réservation Afin d'améliorer les futurs séjours, nous avons quelques idées/remarques : - Pour un séjour à 10 adultes, les deux petits lits ne sont pas forcément adaptés selon les morphologies des vacanciers (pas de problème pour les 8 autres couchages) - les salles de bain commencent à vieillir un petit peu (joint douche et panneau baignoire)

Family time

After a 2 year delay we had a wonderful stay. Arriving early we were able to leave our luggage at the villa. We were 7 adults and 3 children age 3-7. The pool was used everyday. We never had a car but supermarket and restaurants all within walking distance. We knew there was no air conditioning but do think the fans need to be upgraded for the summer months. Would highly recommend for quiet family holiday

Fijn verblijf

Heerlijk genoten van het huis en met name van het zwembad. Helaas geen airco, maar dat wisten we natuurlijk van te voren. Met de ventilatoren was het meestal goed te doen. De host reageert zeer snel en hoewel ze alleen Spaans spreekt, hebben we met Google Translate alles goed voor elkaar gekregen. Voor de kinderen is het huis geweldig, ernorm veel speelgoed, glijbaan, schommel, trampoline, ze vermaakten zich prima. De omgeving is rustig, maar verschillende winkels zijn op loopafstand. Wij waren met 6 personen en dat is heel goed te doen, 8 tot 10 volwassenen zou echter wel krap worden.

La maison est bien équipée nous étions 9 et suffisamment d’espaces Maria pensez à changer le flexible de la salle de bain avec baignoire ! La clim peut manquer en plein été Pour des Vacanciers de mai et septembre en faisant courant d’air c’est parfait Je recommande cette maison Merci !

Belle villa avec grand inventaire de cuisine et jeux

La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Le Maria est très réactive pour toute question et a résolu un problème de cuisinière en quelques heures un dimanche (ce que nous n'attentions pas). La piscine est de très bonne qualité. L'inventaire de la cuisine (casseroles, ...) est plus que complet. Il y a aussi de nombreux jeux pour tous les âges ä disposition. Bref cette location ne peut être que recommandée.

Une maison confortable et bien situee

La villa de Maria est confortable et bien équipée. Nous avons apprecié les jeux pour enfants, la grande cuisine et la terrasse. La piscine etait bien entretenue mais un peu froide (normal a la fin octobre). La villa est tres bien située, le marché de l'hospitalet est a 10min a pied le dimanche et la plage encore plus pres. Nous avons facilement pu rayonner vers Salou, vers la cite romaine de Taragonne, et vers les criques de la Costa Daurada. Nous recommendons volontiers la villa de Maria !

Schöner Familien-Herbsturlaub

Wir fahren mit 2 Familien (5 Kindern) in den Herbstferien in diesem tollen Haus. Es ist geräumig und bietet genug Platz für alle. Auch sind die Schränke in jedem Zimmer groß genug, um alle Sachen unterzubringen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und besonders am Grill draußen macht das Essen zubereiten Spaß. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und die Rutsche ist ein kleines Highlight. Ansonsten sind viele Spielzeuge vorhanden, so dass keine Langeweile bei den Kindern aufkommt. Zum Strand sind wir zu Fuß gegangen (15 bis 20 Minuten) und in näherer Umgebung sind viele Supermärkte vorhanden. Der Strand ist in einem tollen Zustand, feiner Sand und keine großen Steine im Meer. Alles in Allem lohnt ein Aufenthalt in dem Haus!

Schönes Haus in schöner Gegend

Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit 2 Familien, jede Familie hat einen eigenen Bereich mit zwei Zimmern, Bad und Flur. Vielfältige Ausstattung, neben Pool mit Rutsche und Liegen auch Tischtennisplatte, Billardtisch, Tischkicker, Trampolin und vieles mehr vorhanden. Sehr nette Vermieterin und immer kurzfristig erreichbar. Alles in unmittelbarer Nähe (Strand, Geschäfte, Cafes und Restaurants) und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Tolle Umgebung zum Radfahren und Wandern.

Von der Buchung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe, alles hat wunderbar gekappt. Wir (6 Erwachsene und ein 2jähriges Kind) haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in dem schönen Haus verbracht, wo uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt hat. Vermieterin war auch sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Fazit: wir würden jederzeit unsere Ferien hier verbringen und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Bonne situation

La villa est très bien situé à proximité des plages, des activités montagne. De belles prestation avec des chambres confortable sur la literie. La piscine est assez grande et profonde au bout, parfait pour nous rafraîchir. Un petit bémol sur les ustensiles de cuisine. Pas assez de plats, poêles, verres à bière, verre à vins pour faire de la cuisine pour 10. Malgré tout nous recommandons la villa.

Très bel endroit au calme et proche plages et commerces

A proximité de belles plages, et de plusieurs criques. Secteur résidentiel au calme, à 10min à pieds des commerces. Nous étions 4 adultes et 6 enfants et avons profité un maximum de la piscine, du BBQ et de la table extérieure abritée du soleil, et de la douche extérieure. La 5ème chambre très petite est plutôt faite pour une seule personne (sommier supplémentaire sous lit en dépannage mais alors plus de place au sol). A recommander sans hésitation jusqu’à 9 personnes. C’est aussi à moins de 30 min de Port Aventura, un incontournable que nos ados ont adoré. Bref une super adresse!
