Einmal und nie wieder!
Die Wohnung im Obergeschoß hatten wir für drei Wochen gemietet. Sofort fielen uns die defekten Rollläden und teilweise fehlenden Gurte und die schlecht schließenden Fenster auf. Lüften? Wir legten ein Handtuch zwischen die Fensterflügel, damit sie nicht klapperten. Es war ab Mitte September häufiger sehr windig und es regnete an einigen Tagen stark. Unter der Tür zur Dachterrasse lief dann das Wasser in den Raum. Zur Straßenseite ist der ehemalige Balkon mit uralten Fenstern verglast. Sie lassen sich kaum öffnen und das Wasser drang durch die geschlossenen Fenster. Die nicht aufziehbaren Gardinen verdunkeln das Wohnzimmer. Das Mobiliar im Wohnzimmer ist aus den 70igern und die Sitzgelegenheiten sind durchgesessen. Es gibt nur einen Deckenleuchter und keine zusätzlichen Lampen. Es ist entweder zu hell oder zu dunkel im Zimmer. Der defekte Rollladen vor den Fenstern ist teilweise runtergelassen und mit Schrauben fixiert, der Gurt wurde abgeschnitten. In den Schlafzimmern ist keine Klimaanlage! Es gibt keine echten Doppelbetten; die Betten sind alle zu kurz und haben die oft üblichen Metallgestelle mit Deko-Umrandung. Die Küche verfügt über keinen Geschirrspüler, das Besteck ist von sehr schlechter Qualität und es gibt wenig brauchbare Gläser. Das Duschbad ist ok, wenn nicht der ständige Geruch aus dem Abfluss der Dusche wäre. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, und man hörte oft auch abends/nachts aus dem UG seitens der durchgehend schlecht gelaunten Vermieterin Stimmen, Trampeln etc.
