This hotel is on the outskirts of town. Though less than 2 miles from the centre it costs €15 by taxi to get into town. It is also extremely close to a French Air Force base. The night I stayed there, the jets were still flying and landing up until midnight. No chance of sleep. The air conditioning did not work either.

Perfect stop off
Lovely and cool during the extreme weather. Staff helpful and friendly. Location was good. The floor could have done with a deep clean but everything else was fine. Very good value for money and it suited the dog as there are grassy areas for him to walk on.

Typical Campanile
It was pretty much what you expect from a Campanir. Decent size room, comfy bed and a basic shower room. Overall ok and clean. I usually book Campanile for one night stays because the have decent restaurants which is great after a longish drive. This one did have a restaurant, I had checked in the description, but it doesn't open at weekends! This is not stated anywhere in the booking process. As it's a long way out of town this meant another drive to find food. Mont de Marsan has very little choice in restaurants, at least we couldn't find many so ended up with a picnic in the room. It's not worth going out of your way for, and the town was nothing to write home about. You also only get 2 sachets of coffee and they don't have a stock of it in reception so if you don't book breakfast getting a hot drink in the morning is a mission.

Nice stay, quiet, clean, comfortable
We enjoyed our one-night stay here, as we were in transit across France. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with my feeble attempts to speak French! The room was adequate, fairly spacious with good storage for luggage. The bathroom was dated but clean. Towels were fluffy and smelled good 👍 The bed was kind of firm but still comfortable. Just 1 pillow per person but comfortable. TV and internet worked fine. Breakfast was good, lovely croissants. We also had dinner in the restaurant. Pasta bolognese was delicious. The fish fillet was also very good, the only problem was it was listed on the menu as being served with haricots vert but it was not. The chocolate eclair was delicious! Overall a good stay and would recommend it. There are no tourist attractions within walking distance, so you need a car to do any exploring.

Très bon hôtel et petit dej extra
Hôtel très propre et agréable. Petit déjeuner juste parfait ! Il vaut largement ses 13 euros. Personnellement j ai juste eu un peu froid dans la nuit mais pas de couverture d appoint mais sinon tout très bien.

Tres bruyant, insonorisation inexistante, alors que sur leur site ils disent le contraire. L'HÔTEL n'est pas entretenu. Aucune prise dans la salle de bain. Télévision très petite. Restaurant de l'hôtel avec un menu unique et très cher. Les photos sur les sites ne sont pas représentatives car l'hôtel est vétuste. Nous n'y retournerons plus jamais !
