"Immediately welcoming on our first day. All staff very helpful. Accommodated different food preferences for our son. Evening meal was at 7:45pm - which was quite late for us. I think this varies depending upon what groups come in. Ski equipment hire on site - although we used the shop next door. It was a good fair price for a 2 star hotel. Just what we needed"

"Second visit really like the hotel. Staff friendly. Great location to the slopes and the village . Only let down was the dinner had changed from buffet to set menu New Jandri lift being built so view of the mountain will be obstructed a bit when enjoying the sun on the terrace or balcony,which is a shame Food good but a bit repetitive with not much choice as the week went on. Much preferred the buffet selection last year as so much choice and good quality Will still return "

"Like it's sister hotel in VT, MMV le Panorama was a sound choice. Conveniently located a stones throw away from the information centre and ESL school centre as well as local shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and food was great with enough variety if there for a week long trip. Had to collect snowboard from local rental shop which are affiliated with the hotel as rental shop in the hotel had limited supply of equipment for snowboarders (skiers in our group had no issues). "Terrible unprofessional hotel. The staff are rude, the hotel had a awful smell. The jacuzzi water was yellow and smelt of urine. My room was so tiny that you couldn’t go toilet and close the door, the hotel had hardly any towels and when I asked for more they said they never had any. When I complained they insulted me. I booked the restaurant which was supposed to be a buffet style. However when I arrived it was all seafood which I am allergic too. I asked for assistance and a rude old lady ...
