"The staff were great! Check in wass fast abd friendly. The Motel is Pet friendly, polite and clean. I was exausted,checked in late in the evening, about 10ish, ended up oversleeping and running late for check-out. They were kind and allowed me an extra few minutes to finish packing up and get my things (including my cat into my vehicle. Could have (and many other places would have) charged me for that. I was very appreciative for that. "

"I like that this was a decent large room. Look like the photos. Bed was comfortable .What did not like was when we got there the room was not swept and the sink in the kitchen was not clean. Why have a kitchen for guess with no pots. No utensils, no dish detergent, no plates or glasses. You have to bring your own. There is no coffee maker in the room and no iron. "The best part of this property was the fact that I felt at home and it was inexpensive. The dog was safe I was safe. It's a big room for the price you pay. Don't expect much but if you don't expect much you'll be great. My only suggestion is bring your own toiletries. Guest service sucks but just understand that. And you'll be fine."

"Everything is great. Staff and management are awesome. They don't sweat the small stuff like most places . If someone gives you a ride they don't have to wait in their car until you're ready. You won't be receiving a call from the front desk other than to pay or check out. I definitely recommend this hotel for hasslefree stay"

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The property was exactly as described, and even exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, spacious, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, and we loved the deck and views!!!!!The owner/management was very responsive and helpful, making sure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail throughout the house.We would highly recommend this rental to anyone...

"We had a great stay. The house is beautiful and was convenient to Dayton. The only negatives are no usable closet in the master bedroom and not enough bath towels even once my sister in law found some in the laundry room. "

"The staff were really nice & friendly. The restaurant & Lounge was lovely, the cocktails that I ordered were perfect each time. I only tried the Breakfast and the brunch. They were both delightful. Bottomless mimosas were only $10 for brunch. I had a room with a water view & it was wonderful watching the sunrise. Seeing all the ships traverse the water was really cool. I saw a couple of reviews complained about the view, but me and other members of my party found it to be tranquil & beautiful... in an industrial type of way. I didn't like that there wasn't complimentary bottled water inside the room. You can get a case of water for three-bucks at walmart, why hotels still charge $5 a bittle is beyond me. This should be free at this point. But thats all I can say that i disliked about my stay. I would be willing to stay here again, but I would probably try someplace in a more walkable location."

"Thank you to Mike and his staff for being so friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded when we arrived (at no extra charge) and given a free bevvie at the lounge. The staff went over and above to ensure all of our needs were met and ensured we were totally satisfied. We loved that we could park right outside our room to unload our luggage. The attached bar and restaurant were very handy to have after driving all day. Smoking was allowed in the lounge and we didn't want to eat there because we are nonsmokers so Mike and his staff gave us permission to order food and eat at the restaurant which was closed for the night. The reviews said that the breakfast would be fantastic but unfortunately the power was off in the hotel and area so we didn't get a chance to eat breakfast before we had to leave. We did run into Mike as we were loading up to leave and he was so apologetic that the power was off and he wanted to make sure the next time we stayed, that we would be taken care of. We highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Houston area. Great value and the staff was exceptional. Thanks to Mike and his staff."
